We’ve recently added new custom fields to the StoneShot app. Custom fields are useful for sending emails that contain content unique to each individual contact – they come in handy for communications that address things such as user reference numbers, IDs, and confirmation on dietary choices for events.

Previously users were limited to 12 custom fields, of fixed length. Users can now create their own custom fields in StoneShot – any number of them, with no character limit. If activated, these fields will replace the current 12 standard fields within the app.

This update is readily available to all users, but will need to be turned on as it is not automatically activated.

Any user with Admin access to StoneShot can activate the custom field feature.
